Product Specialist – CAD

Your Role

You’ll join the team responsible for the development of our interfacing products, with focus on integrations with CAD software. Our goal is to enable the efficient setup of finite-element computations on CAD designs that are transferred directly from a CAD software or imported from files. As a product specialist within the team you will focus on the functionality from the conception stage to the released software. An important aspect is to understand the customers’ needs, and to help translate these into use cases and then into specifications that meet our long-term vision and requirements for usability. You will create realistic 3D models to test features yet to be released for providing constructive feedback to developers. Other important parts of your work will be to write technical documentation, and to create tutorials and presentations that demonstrate new features. As a product specialist you’ll become an expert within your field and will be able to use your knowledge and experience to provide guidance and advice to users of the software, colleagues and customers alike.

Your Profile

You’re either a fresh graduate or an experienced professional with the following background:

  • MSc, or equivalent degree in engineering with excellent merits.
  • Experience with simulation or CAD software is a plus.
  • Programing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.

You’re passionate about problem-solving and desire to go above and beyond in your work. You’re creative, find it easy to explain concepts and ideas, and have a strong spatial ability and excellent attention to detail. You value team work and understand the importance of putting the customers center stage. You are not afraid to take initiative, and have the ability to work independently.
