a werid error when doing matlab-loop

when I doing a matalb-loop, the error appeared . and the comsol temp file is about 15G in disk C:, maybe it's the reason why matlab crashed. but how can i figure it out about the comsol temp file in C;

I get the same error as well. As I can't make sense of the error message, I'm not sure how to proceed. I do have plenty of free space on my volume where comsol is storing its temp files, so I don't think that's the issue for me. If you figure it out, I'd appreciate hearing about it!
