error in time dependent study

Hi
i have tried to solve a model in 2D simulation.but problem in computing . it gives me error like

Nonlinear solver did not converge.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
Time : 0
Last time step is not converged.
- Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol1/t1)
i also attahed my model here. i used 5.2 Comsol Multyphysics
