Shape Memory Alloy. Nitinol

hello, i am trueing to simulate the contraction od a tooth made of nitinol, so that it then recovers it´s original state when a source of heat is applied to one of its faces.
the following error keeps showing up and i don't know how to solve it. any guess?

Singular matrix.

There are 2281 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.T2.
at coordinates: (-0.00194818,0.000227035,-0.000334582), (-0.00210062,0.000227035,-0.000435769), (-0.00228474,0.000227035,-0.00047302), (-0.00184705,0.000227035,-0.000184217), (-0.00180969,0.000227035,-2.12849e-006), ...
and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix).
Returned solution is not converged.
