Interpolated refractive index as a material property

Hi!

I've been working with COMSOL's RF module and there's something that's been bothering me. I want to use data from a .txt file as the real and imaginary parts of the refractive index; so far I've been able to define this interpolated functions under Global Definitions, but I want to define them under a blank Material and save it for later use.

I have loaded the refractive index files as local tables and typed "Hz" as the Unit in "argument" and "1" as the Unit in "Function" and in the material section I've typed "n(freq)" and "k(freq)" in the value column ("n" and "k" being the names of the functions). If I copy and paste this functions under Materials -> Ag(mat2) -> basic and add "frequency" to the model inputs an error appears saying that there's an "Unknown Function or Operator". Is there something I'm missing? Because even though I define the same function in the same way when I do it under Global Definitions everything seems to work out fine.
