Condensation theory in Comsol 5.3

Hi
I am working on condensation modeling on surfaces of polymer structures using coupling of moisture and heat transfer. It looks like comsol uses saturation pressure to calculate relative humidity and then predict condensation. However, there are many theories of condensation and many other parameters that should be taking into account such as surface tension. Is it possible to add these parameters on comsol ? and what is the theory that comsol uses to model condensation ?
