How to attach a new object to a stretched rubber

Hi all

I want to load a plate (in order to stretch it ) and then attach a new geometry to it. Afterward I want to release the plate. I'm really stuck on it and totally disappointed. Any suggestion ? Do I need to use time dependent study? How can I implement such mechanism? I saw similar question in another post. However, it was not clearly answered.
