3D Liion Model does not converge. Please Help

Hello Comsol Community,
I am trying for days now to get my Lithium-Ion Model to work. I just want to do as first step some charges/discharges to a 3D Liion Model. I dont know what I am doing wrong but the solution does not converge. See the Project attached. I tried to make the setup similar to the 1D tutorials without success.
I really hope, somebody can help me.
