Rotating Machinery and Multiphase

Hi I would like to simulate the roational motion of a 96 well microplate going through orbital motion. The well is half filled with water and half with air. But the Rotating Machinery Flow is only single phase and doesn't allow multiphase and two materials in a domain. Is there a workaround for this?
