The relative error (84) is greater than the relative tolerance. Returned solution is not converged

Hi, Iam working on piezo electric devices in comsol, i took a material of size (5000 micro meters* 5000 micro meters * 127 micro meters) ,and the material is made up of pzt_5h. I selected solid mechanics in that structural mechanics,and added structural mechanics to my component. In similar way i selected piezo electric devices and added to my material from add physics . I used study as stationary and mesh as normal. i applied boundary load and fixed constraints to my material. It is showing me error like
" Failed to find a solution. The relative error (84) is greater than the relative tolerance. Returned solution is not converged".
please help me how to get output. comsol version 5.0
