Way to plot CFL number as a function of number of iterations?

Hello all,

I want to analyse the behaviour of pseudo time step as the simulation progresses. Is there a way to plot Pseudo time-stepping CFL-ratio vs iteration number? Pseudo time-stepping CFL-ratio is seen in the log file. However, I want to visualize how it is changing over number of iterations.

The CFL number is available for plotting and during the solution process through the built-in variable CFLCMP. Also, I typically create a separate variable or simply plot the CFLratio = log10(CFLCMP)/4 which is identical to the CFL ratio shown in the log files.
