3D micromechanical cantilever frequency response

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

i would like to simulate the frequency response of a 3D cantilever (fixed on one end and free at the other end) in different enviroment (such as air, water, ethanol etc.).

I have no problem to simulate only the microbeam (wtihout anything else),
but i have several problems to simulate an enviroment around the cantilever.

Anybody knows how to do it?!
or the best strategy to solve this problem!

Thank you very much in advance for the help

Paolo
