CNT strain gauge simulation

I am working on a simulation study of CNT composite strain gauge placed on a cantilever beam. My simulation study has piezoresistivity multiphysics. I am unable to get resistance value for my strain gauge. Is it possible to simulate the change in resistance for different loads applied?
