Making contour plot from a 2D geometry

Hello, I am modeling transport of diluted species in a 2D circle geometry, time dependent study. I want make a contour plot with Time on y-axis and arc length on x-axis, with colors representing different concentrations. I would appreciate any help on how to make this plot
