Hello, I was interested in learning how to use comsol for simulation of penetration of drugs in spheroids in peritoneal cavity tumors Is there any training courses given by comsol or textbook that can help me in this issue

Yes, COMSOL offers training courses. The manuals for the software are found within the software under File > Help > Documentation. We also have a great video Learning Center.

Some third-party-authored textbooks are listed here.
