freeze/lock stationary thermal results for subsequent time dependent structural study

Is there a way to freeze/lock results from a stationary thermal study to subsequently use them in a time dependant structural mechanics study? For example to examine the effect of an object pushing upon a material that was heated for a long time but is now (thermally) stationary. I'd like to include creep, hence the need for the time dependent study.
