Is it possible to create a model that does the reverse of say a pump model, where instead of finding velocity fields based on the rotational velocity of an impeller, you can find the rotational velocity of the impeller based on a given inlet velocity? For example, lets say that I want to model the behavior of a box fan placed in a window on a windy day; the fan blades will rotate due to the inflow of air from outside. Could I find the rotational velocity of the fan blades given a specific wind speed?

If this is possible, what modules would work the best?
