Implementing Discretization for dependent variables

I have a situation where I need to implement different discretizations for different dependent variables. I have two variables, the velocity variable for which I want the "Element Oder" to be quadratic and pressure variable for which I want the element order to be linear. Am not able to figure this out since the discretization window is there for all the dependent variables as a whole. How do I vary the discretization from one dependent variable to other
