Sover sequencing and stress stiffening procedure

Hello All,

I need to perform stationary analysis on the resonant beam pressure sensor(entitr structure), store the solution and use the static solution to run an eigenfrequency analysis for the beam part of the sensor structure ( not the entire pressure sensor structure only the beam). Could someone share some tutorials on stress stiffening and solver sequencing please at the earliest?Its very urgent !!!

Hi

"urgency" is generally a dangerous issue in FEM modelling ;)

What I can say is that in 4.0 you need to tweak the solver sequence manually (use the buckling mode as example). This is done far more easily in the current version 4.1, so be aware.

Furthermore, as always do not forget to carefully validate and verify your model against other means, bot analytical and experimental
