What is the proper physics for mixing 2 fluids with different density?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Someone could help me to select the correct physics to do a study of mixing of 2 fluids with different density inside an open cylinder in the top and bottom, with a concentric circular inner wall, feeding both fluids tangentially separately.

Thanks.
