error when refining mesh

Hey guys,

I have a geometry which I have attached. I am trying to refine the mesh even further than the one used so that I can obtain accurate results but finer mesh leads to this error :

"Failed to find a solution.
Very ill-conditioned preconditioner.
The relative residual is more than 1000 times larger than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution has not converged."

Can anyone help me with this error or has any suggestion how I could use finer meshing to get a proper solution?
