How simulate electric field using both conductivity and permittivity?

Hi,

In AC/DC module, electrostatics simulates electric field using permittivity. Electric currents simulates electric field using material conductivity. What if I want to simulate both?

look once more. You can use conductivity and permittivity in ec.
