How to express the time-averaged extinction Poynting vectors ？

Extinction spectra are calculated by integrating the time-averaged extinction Poynting vectors Sext (i.e. electromagnetic power flow) over an auxiliary surface enclosing the Au NP dimer or the isoalted NP. But I don't konw how to express Sext and formula（1）and （2）in comsol? The formula is attached.
