exporting simulink model

Hello,I built a model in comsol 3.5 a, with Chemical Engineering modul. The model is described by the convective and conductiv, incompresible Navier Stockes, convective and diffusive and diffusion, all the equations are transient type. I managed to export the model in simulink in the Comsol Multiphisycs block, but when i try to simulate the model an error appear- "Singular matrix". What could be the problem? can you give me some suggestions, please? Thank you!
