Time of integration calculating is big in Comsol 4.2a vs 3.5

Hi,

I have problem using Comsol 4.2a.

My problem is that the time of calculating is big = apprx. 14 seconds by domain.

I want to know, if my script Matlab is the correct

The time used is 13.4473 seconds in Comsol 4.2a,

While, that in the version 3.5, the time is 0.0452 seconds,

So, there is my question, why the time are different using the same model,
