Could some one explain on exactly how to use moving mesh mechanism in COMSOL. My model contains packet in a channel surrounded by water inside the channel.

Also, does COMSOL uses API's? What is the best approach on communicating with COMSOL with an outside algorithm? My software is non of the live links available currently in COMSOl.
