Hi.

I am using COMSOL 4.2a to simulate tensile loading conditions.

If I do a prescribed displacement test and get the 3D plot for von Mises stress distribution, and the 3D plot for deforamtion (length) after the specimen has reached the prescribed displacement, how can I show a 2D plot of Force versus displacement?

Hi

check the Results Derived Variables, and make a few tables with the relavant results, then you can easily plot these table values (even in a single icon click)

Good luck
