Using FMincon with Comsol

Hi i am solving time dependent PDE's in comsol and I have a parameter called the dispersion . I need to fit this parameter to match my experiment and theoritical profiles. For this i am thinking to CALL fmincon to optimise. Can some one suggest how to call FMINCON in a comsol file
