error in my contact-pair model

Hi, i am a new starter and trying to analyze a contact and deformation problem in structural_mechanics module. when i finish the geometry model, the contact pairs definition and some other boundary constraints, i run it. Unfortunately it pops up an error, saying "You must specify a planar face. Error in multiphysics compilation. Error in automatic sequence generation." But i can not search the same error in the forum. Can anyone help and give me some possible suggestions for my error? Thanks a lot!
