Relative permitivity of Aluminium

what is the value of relative permitivity I should use for Aluminium metal when I use it in electrostatic study

The relative permittivity of the Aluminum material available in COMSOL Multiphysics and that you can add to your COMSOL models from the Built-in material library, is 1.

Keep in mind, that you typically don't include conductive materials in an electrostatic study, only their boundaries. That means you don't need material properties for the conductive bodies.
