Exporting mesh

I am a new modeling person I am trying to learn COMSOL with a very simple case. My case is a 3D heat spreader that has 40mm by 40mm base area and 2 mm height. I meshed the faces using quad mesh then I swept the mesh to create 3D mesh. Then I applied my condition then get solution. My problem is when I export the processed data the output element are not quad "8 points" it is always TITRAHEDRON "4 points".
Why I can't export the same type od mesh I already have in my model?
