[RF module] Reflection Problem

Dear all,

My model is as attached file. The TM plane wave illuminate the period grating normally. My purpose is to simulate the reflection of the plane wave going through the period grating. Does anyone knows how to calculate the reflection? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
