I really try hard about it, but I haven' t solve anything about my question. Can all of you tell me something about that. There was someone told me that I can change the coordinates of equations. However, I haven' t found the accurate place to transform. Thanks in advance.

You can't use cylindrical coordinates in some interfaces of COMSOL Mulitphysics , include PDE interface. You should transform your PDE , type it under Cartesian coordinate system.
