Coupling Physics between two geom tabs. Help please.

Hello,

I have been working on a heating circuit variation for awhile now and I am still having trouble completing the coupling of variables between two geometric tabs.

The model is: a gold resistor placed on a glass substrate with PDMS placed on top with cavities for water and oil to mix. I wish to find the temperature distribution along the bottom layer of water.

I have attempted to build composite geometries and assemblies, however meshing errors led me to believe the present path I am taking is the most efficient. The errors I have been getting using the coupling method seem to stem from COMSOL having difficulty expanding the physics beyond the borders of the resistor.

I would really appreciate any help or advice as I would be glad to give any more necessary information if asked.

Daniel
