regarding extraction of pores from wafer in comsol 4.3b

I am a new user of this software,i am working on porous silicon. i had prepared it but now i want to extract it leaving behind all electrolyte and wafer for the further use of this newly formed pore only.I also want how we can measure the pore size in comsol 4.3b....
