Mass transfer + turbulence module

Hello

i am simulating a nozzle in turbulence

in the nozzle, reaction is existed (A+B+C = > D)

So i select turbulence module and transport of concentrated species and then studued.

but i get a error message

" Undefined value found.
- Detail: Undefined value found in the constraint residual vector: NaN or Inf in vector. "

what means the error message ??

and how i solve the error ?
