Difference in Q factor of a rectangular cavity from analytical solution

while calculating Qfactor of aresonant cavity with metallic boundary the Q factor is not matching with calculated from analytically.There is a difference of three orders atleast.The Q factor calculated in the stimulation is of the form emw.Qfactor.we would like to know,what is the reason behind the difference.And can we resolve this?

We suggest you begin with one of the verification models in set of Application Examples, in particular, this one:

which compares the COMSOL solution against analytic results for various types of cavities.
