Undefined value found in equation residual vector

Can any body help me to sort out the problem of undefined value in equation residual vector.
What this problem signifies exactly. I have tried the capacitive pressure sensor using same boundary conditions and structure already given in comsol tutorials. still the software shows the same problem.
