fluid seal max pressure difference calculation

I have a problem in comsol for a seal/tiny gab closed bij a fluid/oil i want to calculate the maximal pressure difference before air starts to leak through.
The laminair Two-phase flow modules only have time dependent solvers. how can I calculate this pressure difference?
