Impedance& Inductance with Frequency

Hello,

Does anyone know how to do that in 3D model? There is a 2D model in model library called coil inductance, but I want to do a 3D simuliation now.

In addition, to get the plot, do I have to set my own formulas for resistance and inductance? Or can I just use the equations in the model library?
