Export 3D-Grid data for multiple time steps

Hello,
I would like to
1. calculate the electrical field/ potential within a volume over time
2. define a grid within the volume that specifies points to calculate the interpolated the field for certain time steps
3. export the electrical field values of all grid-points for all time-steps
What's the best route to do this? Thanks!

Absolutely right to not respond to this.
1. AC/DC-Module->Electric currents->Transient Study
2.,3. Results->Data Sets->Add to Export->Output->Points to evaluate in->Grid.
