Gas solid model for the HVDC systems

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

In steady state HVDC stress the field is said to be purely resistive. Unlike AC system the field distribution depends on the conductivity rather than permittivity. The resistive model can be build with 'electric current interface' for solid . But the gas have a non linear resistivity, and its conductivity is based on the ion drift in the gas which can be modelled using 'transport of diluted interface'.how could I couple this to physics.
