li_battery_1d library model-initial cell voltage

Hi everyone,My question is about the initial values of li_battery_1d library model of COMSOL.It is interesting for me why initial value2( phis value in t=0)does not affect cell voltage while the initial cell voltage(phis value in t=0) should be the same for all C-rates. How could I solve this problem?
