Circuit module issues

I tried to implement a circuit model in a multiphysics one. I need to use a mosfet from the circuit model. I tryed to make the simplest circuit. A circuit with two voltage generators connected with mosfet's drain and source but the simulation won't start. Comsol is keep saying that DAE is structurally inconsistent. Number of variable > Number of equations.

Facing the similar problem, but in transformer domain. So did you sort it out? I shall appreciate if could share that with me.
