Why we can't choose study "Frequency domain" in Fluid-Structure interaction to get frequency response?

I want to get frequency response curve of a cantilever in a fluid environment. So I choose the physics "Fluid-Structure interaction". While choosing the study, I couldn't able to use "frequency domain". I would like to know why? What I have to do to get the frequency response?
