Hi,
I want to model a tissue specimen inside an ethanol reagent put inside microwave oven. I want to ask how to model the heat transfer across the boundary between the sample & ethanol. How can I represent connvective currents between tissue & ethanol & what are the important parameters that I must feed the model with knowing that I don't know the temperature at the boundary.
