Changing variable from results

I am modeling the resulting forces and position of the shaft in a journal bearing. In order to have the results fit with my physical setup i need to fix the force so that it always applies directly in the x-direction. The problem is that the pressure field is modeled from the film thickness, hence moving the pressure distribution with changing loads (eccentricities). I am able to do it manually by running the study, finding the angle of the force (psi) and introducing it into the film thickness variable
Initial film thickness: h =c(1+Epscos(phi))
calculating angle of F: psi = atan2(Fx,Fy)
Correcting the angle (manually): h =c(1+Epscos(phi+psi))
I really want this to be done automatically as i need to do many parametric sweeps of the Load/eccentricity with different parameters.
