To plot the phase diagrams for right handed circular polarization using comsol

I am trying to plot the phase daigrams for right handed circular polarization by using the equation A0exp(iδ1)(êx−iêy)/2 there I had used ex=arg(emw.EX) and for ey=arg(emw.EY) in that formula δ1 represents phase distribution. Can you suggest me how to get the phase diagram for that equation. I am attching one of the diagrams related to that. Thank you.
