Issue for converting Matlab values instead of Comsol syntax generated

Hey all,

The attachment shows my problem. I would like to use Matlab table/values (red rectangular) to replace Comsol syntax (Green circle). So what is the syntax to import the Matlab table or values to the piecewise function in Comsol? Thanks
