Acoustic pressure transient study

Hello,
We are attempting to do a basic acoustic pressure study to simulate a focal point like the attached study that was done in solid machanics.
Our medium is water and we want to simulate a pressure in water but when we run the study we do not get a focal point. We are applying a sin pressure wave.
Does anyone know what the issues might be for not getting a focal point?
